It depends. If they advertise this game like hell we could see some huge numbers for this game and the PS4. A lot of the time many games go under the radar because they're not advertised effectively.

I'd say it's more to do with the fact that people have more faith in the Playstation brand, the Playstation brand is much bigger than the Xbox brand. It's just that the majority went for the 360 last gen because it was out a year earlier, was cheaper and the PS3 launch didn't go too smoothly. This gen is just what was naturally going to happen if both launched side by side.

The teaser was announced exclusive, but they didn't mention the game, since the idea was that you complete PT to find out about Silent Hills. My guess is they'll announce it as a PS4 exclusive at TGS.
