Yes you have to pay it but it is also stated that you have to build something and release it on the app Store to have acess to dev Mode. Theres a reason its call DEV Mode,... for development not for playing with emulators....

Its not more than a 6.5/10 for me,Gameplay is a 6.5, graphics is a 6.It does not look Next gen in anyway on Series X.When compared with for exemple Psychonauts 2 is even lower than a 6.It takes too long to engage the player and than it finnish to fast without letting you Enjoy truly the gain evolution of the Gameplay .Comparing it to Fable is so out of Touch!

Atleast!I just dont get how the PS4 Pro is 1440p and Xbox One X is 1296p.Even Séries S is 1440p and we all know Xbox One X has way more memory allocation for resolution than both PS4 Pro and Xbox Séries S.Weird!
