No he Couldn't!The only way to take full exploit of this generation hardware is building a new engine tailor to take all the advantages of the hardware!Old game engines can be tweaked to take some advantages but in reality a completly new code will do better and wil get bigger performance gains!So no GTA V engine will not reach 60fps on this consoles !

No!Actually development tools are way more cheaper to buy and reliable to work than ever,the development environment its much more easy this days, contrary to what some people think the price of development has decreased,also most AAA or AA games have a budget for development ;you know,theres a reason why some major Publishers keep having record revenues on games sales even if they sell less units overall ...and the reason is that consumers are overpaying for the games and for dlc.Game dev...

All platforms have issues with performance ....i for will wait untill performance gets patched no rush,i know that in the end my experience with this game will be superior to those that are willing to play the game in the state it release;plenty of good and technical better games to play on my backlog until all or the major Witcher 3 issues get fixed!

Frankly i think Sony should not brag like this,good games is what makes any system not the Power of it.And going by this its not only the PS4 that haves marvelous games,diferent people have diferent tastes,i hope that in the end Sony dont end up eating there words if Nintendo, Microsoft or a new player make a move that Sony cant react.

I really hope they can patch the Ps4 framerate to a steady 30fps especially in gameplay and cap the xbox one to 30fps also.Why not get the resolution a bit lower on the Ps4 to achieve a completly lock 30fps with would feel so much better!

Seems quite smooth,i really want a framerate analysis of DF . The thing is that the videos i have been watching the PS4 version seems to have the framerate more smooth than the Xbox one ,but the color of the Xbox one pleases me more than the PS4 version from the videos i have seen,since i own both consoles i really need a framerate analysis to see if my eyes are not playing tricks on me,performance over everything else will be my pick.

Im pretty sure DF will show a face-off of the game in the coming days and before the release,because reviews are going to be up one week before the release date,by them i will pick the console version that shows the best performance overall.So no need to buy or pre order right now for those that want to pick the better console versions and own both systems.
