You must be playing on easy or normal! Bump the difficulty up from hard and them i would like to see playing the way you are describing run gun repeat. This most likely have to do with the deal Activision made with Google and Google must have made pressure on Activision to do this because of all negative feedback they were having by comparing Stadia with Nvidia streaming platform!
