I mean, it looks great and al but it doesn't feel as though I'm looking at anything new, there's no real amazement here, it's like I've seen gaming on par with that for quite some time now.

I got to play a demonstration of Motorstorm Apocalypse a while back, the dev's really managed to find a good mix of the old Motorstorm routes and opened up more with deformable tracks.
You can start off with three basic routes for example, heavies, med's and lights, and as the laps tick over (max of four I think) more and more specific routes open as the map gets leveled.
It really is something special.
The ending would have been perfect if they had scripted the realisation of what they have actually done about a minute longer.

I'm not arguing what they implemented was right, I believe the time should log all the time taken, because that's the point in it recording, not -the- time, "your" time.
It's not enough reason to bag on a games length though, just because they decide to log the time differently.

I'm looking at it right now, I don't see anything really special. Nothing is really sperating it from the crowd graphically.
I never said the graphics were bad, what I'm saying is that it looks basically as graphically powerful as other shooters releasing or coming out soon and in some parts worse.
