First person i've seen comparing a handheld to a PC. I dont think even the PC elitist will agree with you there. You can argue against consoles but not handhelds

It's not a scam if people are asking for dlc. It's just being smart. If you release all the good characters now how many people would have bought the new characters they added.
I haven't heard of a lot of these new characters but by putting them in along with good ones like Strider it means I can look forward to characters like Megaman, Gambit and Venom, while enjoying the variety of characters we are getting.

I think it's obvious he's going to be dlc. He's one of those characters that can sell the game just from him being in it.
It's only merchandise. I know the article is misleading but do people actually think this is going to be a game?

Doesn't make sense to me.
A lot of the characters have new moves and a lot of other gameplay tweaks have been made so it should be reviewed again.
Can you imagine buying a collectors edition which then has a code for you to download the game. Physical media will be here for a long while IMO
The only Special editions i bought are Dissidia Legacy edition and Crisis Core's collectors edition. Both were worth it to me.
I think SE do great special editions. Type-0's look great as well. It probably is different for other publishers.

Everything you asked for is in Ultimate plus more. Who knows if it was actually as DLC it might have even cost more.
They said that the original plan was to release these characters as dlc but the earthquake meant that there schedules were messed up so the best thing to do was a disc release.
Who's going to download the racoon if it was dlc? No one.
