And if I didnt already have a vita I would get it for GOD EATER 2 alone. Its looks amazing
Personally I think they did a good job with uncharted and I love persona 4's gameplay. It improved on all the complaints I had about persona 3. 3DS games just aren't my piece of pound cake. Sonic and pokemon thats it for me. All of the titles I bought or got for free on ps+ are at minimum good and at maximum fantastic. If the Vita was $200 and the memory card price tags were MUCH lower than it would be literally a steal.
I feel like the jump from ps1-ps2 was bigger. And the snes to ps1 Massive. Ps2-ps3 was a leap but not a gigantic this is absoloutley impossible on the last system leap. Some next-gen titles are impossible on current gen without severly reducing content and gameplay ( BF4, The division, Destiny, Kill zone SF, Elder Scrolls Online, Planetside 2) I feel a bigger gameplay leap. And this is only year one. Feels like a bigger jump overall.And launch titles never ever show the graphical capabilities...
Yeah and sce has devkits in their office as does dice and epic games.
@ tgaro most of the pc developers are saying its a highend gpu and medium-high end cpu. This may be just baseless hype and bs but bethseda and epic games are pretty credible. We'll find out when some one opens up the consoles and find out whats really in them in december/janurary .

Of open world can work on ps2 then it can work on the ps vita considering it is more powerful.
Yeah. When sony dropped the price in japan to $200 (conversion rates are a little messed up) it started selling a lot better. They dropped the price with a big software title (Soul Sacrifice ) coming very soon. The same happened witg toudoukien (spelled it completley wrong) the hardware sales spiked again. People want to buy the vita. If they dropped the price to $200 and a big game like a GTA V spinoff was coming in 2-3 weeks then hardware sales in the west would spike massivley.

Where do you live. In my city mostly kids and some teenager play handhelds. Adults don't bother.
I have a question. How long does it take to use extra ram in a game? These next-gen fames have been running 3GB of GDDR5 ram until they got new dev-kits in feburary with 7GB. How long does it take to utilise that? A big chunk of development time was using weaker hardware than the state ps4 is in now.
I want atlus to experience new hardware (VITA/PS4/XBOX ONE). With the VITA they could make ps3 looking game ( Just like persona 3 portable. Look almost like ps2) and I want to see what they can do with the ps4. Persona 5 could potentially be open world on that. Something the wii u couldn't allow without taking a hit on graphics. If they go exclusive to 3DS and Wii U they limit themselves graphically and in certain senarios gameplay too.
I only complain if its a customizable rpg. Like if I can change my hair, clothes, eyes but no change my skin color then I'd be a little upset and it breaks the immerson. In a game like mgs I'm not going to be mad sayingOMFG WHY ISNT SNAKE BLACK. Thats stupid. But In a game like soul sacrifice, its a problem.
