Its not just HD DVD that has picture in picture "the descent" which hit Blu-ray on December 26, boasts extensive extras authored in the BD-Java environment, including the Blu-ray format's first picture-in-picture video commentary feature, as well as extensive featurettes presented in full 1080p HD video. face it the format is only just getting started and things will only get better and better!

LoL that’s some funny sht ! if we went by your logic than why aren’t we still using cd-r’s? dvd only offered us more room yet everyone switched to the new format it did change the way the games look ! MATE the last time I had to switch 3 game disks for one was WAAAAY back in the 80s on my commodore 64! Im happy sony went with blu-ray because we have he best of both formats and were not just stuck with dvd
I just find it so dam funny that xbox fans get all there gaming news for the ps3 section , I have never bothered once to look at the 360 section because I no its not for me. I understand that it’s only human to want to justify your purchase and feel that you got the best deal but really if they need this much reassures than im sorry to say I think you made the wrong choice.

Does it really matter what format console makers chose? The games have to be on something don’t they? I didn’t hear everybody crying when Nintendo chose to use cartridges on nes, snes , n64 or those min dvd disks…hell would all you xbox fans be happy if we went back to the tape deck days were you press play (it will be cheap)?? My point being is the media has to be stored on some type of format and as for you saying ” why should we be forced to pay extra for something your never going to us...
Couldn’t agree with you more!!! I want a tight all in one package I don’t want a piece here and a piece over there, good point about add-ons not being successful . I think this gen is more about personal choice…if you want a master piece that can pretty much do anything and everything than the ps3 is for you or if you want an inexpensive next gen gaming experience than go the 360, I know what my choice is.

Are you xbox fans just plan dumb!!! Like “Chainblade” said AT-LEAST 2010! And lets say Sony does release a PS4 around 2010-2012 it doesn’t mean ps3 life span is over … devs will still make games for the ps3 and easily push it up to near 10years just like they did with the ps1 when ps2 come out! Xbox fans get a clue and get the hell out of the ps3 section really guys its getting very sad you’re in every post now.
How can you say the 360 console is secure?? I’ve been making DVD –r copies of 360s games for months now and playing them on my 360, the process is very simple , all it took was a littlie chip installed and a curtain DVD burner with a firmware upgrade that’s lets it read 360 DVDs.
