10% equals extra 3fps on 30fps source if the framerate is constant of course, so if you have a title that has framerate drops it wold be closer to 30fps in raw numbers. But it won't happen since that would mean turning off completely every aspect of this device, voice commands etc
Can't complain about free DLC. Usually these days asking price is $15 for 3-4 maps or $50 for season pass which fragments the shit out of community...
