People who had problems with perks are those why mostly or entirely rely on uav to get any kinda kills, they have to be pointed to specific area of the map by a dot so they can have a chance to kill. Its like every year they attach extra wheel to make this game simple as possible. Just make everybody spawn in a back of a pickup truck pointing at each other and make em hold the trigger.

With MS Points there is always option to buy em cheaper online via sales etc. If Microsoft will ever switch to actual currency I highly doubt you will be able to buy $20 pre paid card for less ! Anyway its been already confirmed msp are here to stay, at least on Xbox... so this article is outdated
Why would you even consider buying it ? Clearly Bethesda has issues with engine performing at all on PS3 split memory architecture so even if it arrives shit will be a total clusterfuck ! I bought this game used for 360 months ago and didn't even bother replaying after my save got corrupted with 10h of gameplay. Glad that didn't pay full retail price !
