While I personally give the ps2 controller a 4 out of 10 for me, I will say that the game cube controller is by far the worst of the bunch and it feels so cheap and plasticy.
The original Xbox controller was/is awesome and the new Xbox 360 is even better but to call the ps2 controller as worst of bunch isn't a true average of all persons.

One can only wish. I just played code veronica on my dreamcast a few day's ago and the wacky races video game, god I love that game.
The alien character is interesting but just so so. I don't see it being anything more than a very basic FPS. For the ps3 it's great though, it needs a decent game for launch. 40 person multiplayer is going to have problems to a major degree on an untested/unproven online. But will still be fun non the less. Hopefully you have the option of downsizing your hosted game to say 20 players or whatever you like.

Man, this ps3 is great and it cooks a mean burger, lol, I'm kidding, calm down. The system seems quite a bit bulky, to be honest I'd like to see what all 3 systems will look like towards the end of there cycle. Will the big 3 use modern tech to make them micro smaller or save that money for the next 3 big systems.

Do you think software/gaming designers like UBI or EA and others don't know the real and I mean real strenghts and weakness of the ps3? Of course they do and the comment on XDR memory is about 90% false, don't live in make believe, it's 256 available readily and that's greatly underpowered, thus the scalled down textures, AI etc...It's being semi covered up for now as many don't want to admit it's not so powerful after all but it is less adept at gaming, but still well w/in an acceptable rang...

Seriously, the demo'd footage you just saw for MGS4 just a couple weeks ago was like 10x worse than the march footage, so understand the march footage wasn't in game, ok, what you saw weeks ago was and wasn't very good. It can get better since it won't be released until nexxt year but it's not good as of now. With the underpowered rsx and cell maybe that's why there showing and using alot of CGI since in ga me isn't looking good.
There's a good chance that the rest will be delayed as well.

There was nothig to be excited about from this video. The frames froze up or bottlenecked up until they said they froze screen and the beginning was CGI from a cut scene that was ingame, you didn't see actual game play, but yes they do have a chance to bring about better game play than was shown/demo'd at the last showing. It was very bad and looked like ps2 footage, really.
