For an open world and just story 40 hours is pretty great, there are tons of games which never see beyond 20 hours in story, so this is a great move by ubisoft.
The division 1 had a story which wasn't long yet because of how the game was it always made you feel like you were still in that story, it was atmospheric and great scenes.

I would say they are all equally important and there is no one winner out of price, hardware or software, if a console manufacturer can get them all rite then they are doing great.

I dont think bluetooth was made by any of the console companys, its free to use and input in any device.
