Its actually really good but it is coming partially from ATLUS so I'd expect nothing less

Yea, they were great games. Dark Cloud was one of the first PS2 games I played when I first got my system. Great memories.

Yea, the battle system was certainly the highlight. It was impressive they were able to get it to run as smooth as it did with 7 characters on screen at once. The role system was a great addition too for customizing you party to your own play style!
