Wow wait until ff13 and ff13vs comes out its going to be a be a valentine day massacre.
I think most people bought it because its a halo game. I mean some might like it but, Xbox is known for FPS. If u look at how well rpg sell on the Xbox (not well) then one would think that rts would not sell well. In my opinion its selling because it has halo for a title.
They have to do something they PS3 version of RE5 outsold the 360 version in Japan by a huge amount.
For the ps3 to be a japanese system its selling quit well here in the West. The 360 has been out for 3yrs in japan and has all of the rpg games and yet it's not over a million systems.
So much hating on killzone 2 its funny. I guess when a game is this good and only on PS3 the fanboys get angry. If this game was also on 360 they would be talking about how much better it looks and plays.

Please this game looks like Ninja Gaiden. Just one game in the PS3 arsenal will counter this game.

Killzone 2 to is excellent. As far as innovative, I don't know of any game where you can combine badges and make a new soldier. My personal favorite the sniper/medic. If we talk about exclusive what about when Sony announces new games. I'm sure a ICO game, uncharted 2, and many other games will make up for not having a Lost Planet 2, which will come out on PS3. Bull$h;t article alert. PS3 sold just as many systems as the Xbox 360 last year without a price drop. This year they've got more killer games coming out. Not to mention ff13 only on PS3 in Japan. I believe they will sell more systems in 09 than 08.
I just called the Gamestop by me and they said their having a midnight release.
If I would have know that I could have got the demo of a euro account I would have never pre-ordered if from them
Sorry to say the game plays like crap. Now they want you to pay for a deathmatch. You cant move while you shoot and it takes alot of bullets to kill, even when you get a head shot. I wont be buying this one.
