One of the reasons I bought mine. But then I played the the beta after plaing the BF:BC2 beta and walked away disappointed. I think I will hold out till BF:BC2.

From what I read it sounds no different than a point and click type adventure that you played on your Tandy 1000. There is only so many ways you can skin a cat.

Than there must have not been too much to Uncharted 2 as that only took less than two years to make it's debut.
MAG so far is a huge let down.
Battlefield series is the way to go. Was underwhelmed also. Espeically when enviroments in batlefield are destructible, I now find it hard to play online shooters that do not have destrutible enviro.

Come November the 360 will be out for 5 years with possibly another 2-3 years after that before we get the newest XBox. And not much will change in the industry in those extra 2-3 years.
You can get even cheaper than $40 if you look for it used. But hey, I'm sure there are more than a few SUCKERS (bots, whatever you want to call them) who paid $40 for a 5 yr and 2 yr old game.
