I'm not sure what facts you're looking for. You're pointing out that I wrote an opinion piece and posted it in the proper section of this community site and you're condemning me for it? I believe I even stated in the article that;
"I just wanted to tell our readers what I thought of this “popular” article."
So I'm not sure of your angle with that comment, if you're suggesting that I re-write another sites work. Think again. T...
I joined 10 years ago, Microsoft couldn't recover my GT 6 years ago and I was forced to start over, my new one is 6 years old (obviously). I've went through 3 Xbox 360 consoles and 1 original Xbox, bought countless content through the XBLA, spent thousands on games and accessories for both systems. Never cancelled my Live, never lost my loyalty to my favourite system and the company that created it for that matter.
You know what I got? A free downloadable poster. Chan...
I guess one of these posts just failed. Remove please, thanks.
Is this for real, who would approve spam?
I'm not particularly sure what the three points the writer was attempting to convey. Regardless of the title I'm open to different points of view and decided to read the article. It became painfully apparent the author had not performed any research prior to writing this article and it shows in the misinformation provided. I'm all for profanity in editorial posts as long as its used in proper context, making comparisions to sex toys and claiming the GamePad is a 'retarded'...
Well written article, I enjoyed and agree with everything you said. :)
The SSD I can agree with totally, and I'll tell you why; if you consider the systems have all been in development for likely the last couple years in anticipation of a 2013 holiday-ish release, SSD's at the time were far too pricey. So yeah, at this point in the process they won't be changing to SSD's regardless of the dramatic price drop in recent months. I wouldn't doubt Sony and Microsoft already have a few variations testing in QA, probably none of which equipped with ...
I don't see that happening exactly, Nintendo will get the jump like they did last time and possibly pull out some large sale numbers for being the first release. I see them continuing to sell to the casual Wii-mote wielders, but it has lost the majority of 'hardcore' gamers in my eyes. But over the long haul I have a hard time agreeing that the Xbox will just nose dive, considering you've provided no real concrete reasoning. If saying Xbox only has Fable, Halo and Forza as exc...
I think it's quite the contrary this year. For most of the current console cycle this franchise has been in cruise control, I can admit. However, this year they upgraded some integral parts and made important improvements, to me that makes it feel like more of a new experience than just NFL XX with roster updates.
The title of this 'article' is typical fan boy click bait. It contributes nothing useful to the gaming community and only promotes senseless bickering over platforms. It's like titling an article '10 reasons Xbox One is better than PS4,' I'm sure you can imagine the reaction.
People game on different platforms for a plethora of reasons. Who cares? Play what you like.
