Cyberpunk didn't belong on last gen consoles.
In other words, Sony forced them lol.
The PS3 was perfect. The only problem it had was the controller's lack of rumble.
Sunset Overdrive's Xbox exclusivity was definitely a misstep. I don't know why they felt a need to abandon their Sony fans who supported them all those years.
I agree. It is the best of the Final Fantasy games because it had the perfect balance of game play and exploration, coupled with excellent graphics for its time, an amazing story and phenomenal music. The sphere grid was simple, innovative and engaging and the side quests were fun and challenging. Its definitely my favorite.
That's all they paid?! What a steal, lol.
I disagree with the DC controller. It was a great once you got used to it. The VMU was also revolutionary at the time. I wholeheartedly agree with the N64 though. It was a convoluted nightmare.
Well its just a name at this point.
They say this every generation. I doubt it.
I'm sure there is a reason, but if had to guess, that isn't it. There's probably another REAL reason they want you to use an app.
Money has clearly made him crazy, lol
I think its pretty obvious that the game was delayed in order to be sold as a bundle with the PS4 pro or simply the sell more units after the the system's launch.
When the PS3 launched with Blu-Ray at $600 people claimed it was too expensive. Now that Sony is catering more to gamers this time around and launching a powerful system at a more affordable $400 price point, people are angry that UHD is missing. People seem to want things both ways. I think they made the right decision.
I remember games being nearly a $100 back in the 90s here in Canada and I also remember buying some games over $70 during the PS2 era. I can't say I like paying more, but it could be worse.
So this is Mass Effect all over again, having been exclusive to the XBOX and eventually going multi platform. PS4 and PC players may have missed out on the first but at least the good news here is that this will be next-gen exclusive. Can't wait.
He's said this about every Metal Gear Solid since Sons of Liberty. I highly doubt Phantom Pain will be the last in the series.
Sony should definitely acquire Insomniac first. They've been loyal second party developers since the first Playstation and their games have always been of the highest calibre. A Ready at Dawn acquisition makes sense but since Insomniac is being courted by Microsoft these days, an acquisition would be a smart move for Sony.
Samsung actually does have stores in Europe, but I know what you mean.
I used to work at a Sony Store in Toronto about six years back. The writing was on the wall even then; our TVs were inferior to Samsung (and also cost more), our portable devices were a joke and our Vaios couldn't compete with Apple in terms of aesthetics, reliability and features. The only thing we had was the PS3 and PSP which could be purchased anywhere. This news isn't surprising. I'm just sad for all the employees who will be affected by this news.
They're trying to manipulate the stock price.
