Then why was the game even released if they knew it was this bad?
One problem is their fan base. Take Xbox fans on here for example. They defend everything Xbox whether it be a mediocre game or Microsoft’s lies. Their standards are so low anything Xbox does they will be happy and defend them. It’s sad really.
The other problem is Xbox executives. Phil, Major Nelson, and Greenberg need to go. They need new fresh minds at Xbox. People who understand gamers.
Amazing trailer. And that’s only half the exclusives. Sony’s lineup is incredible.
PlayStation is the best place to play. Period.

Yea it does. Some of us would like some nice cosmetics but can’t afford $20 for a single outfit. They can make the prices more reasonable believe me.
Minecraft is wearing thin. They hardly do anything with the game anymore.
Cross-play still isn’t out for Switch and the Super Duper Graphics pack is nowhere to be seen.
Epic needs to get Fortnite on Switch asap. That will hit top 10 easily.

I’m completely fine with paid cosmetics in a f2p game. What I’m not ok with is the ridiculous pricing of those items.

Not this excuse again. They made $126 million in one month. They could charge 1/4th the current prices of cosmetics and still do exceptional.
The prices for outfits and such are ridiculous. They’ve made 10x the development cost already I’m sure. This is pure greed. I don’t care how many hours you’ve played it.
Prices should be around $5 for and outfit and $2 for other items. Not $20 for an outfit and $10 for a pickaxe that took an artist one day to make.

And they continue to charge $20 for a complete outfit excluding the matching pickaxe which is another $10.
Sad how greedy developers have become. It’s a great game and loads of fun but the ridiculous prices need to go.

It’s not just reviewers saying the game isn’t that great it’s plenty of gamers themselves. The game was in development 4 years and it’s still basically a tech demo.

I can’t believe they spent 4 years making this game and this is what they have to show for it. Sad.
Seems they spent 2 years designing one ship, 2 years making pretty water physics, and 1 week designing the kraken.
I suggest waiting for Skull and Bones if you want a real pirate game. Looks much better than Sea of Thieves.
Well deserved. Horizon Zero Dawn is a technical masterpiece. I’ve really enjoyed the game so far as I’m currently finishing up The Frozen Wilds.
