That's a poor excuse. I want The Elder Scrolls to include cutscenes because I love the franchise. Talking silently to people in first person view is way too common this gen.
God, I hope not. Skyrim's story telling is awful. I still see cutscenes as the future. Now only if developers bothered with good stories. I know Hideo Kojima and BioWare are there but we need more.

Trust me. Console internet connection gives companies too much free reign. They cheat us almost always. Skyrim deserved to be delayed like with Oblivion. And just because you haven't experienced glitches doesn't mean the same for a high number of people.
Please, it can't even begin to compare to Skyrim, Batman, etc.
