Well said! I did the same when I finally picked up a Xbox 360 to join my PS3 a few years ago, then later a Nintendo DS (Wii didn't interest me much). Though I think mostly that has to do with the fact that I have more money now than when I was a kid...
I really liked the demo. Might have to pick this up when it goes cheap.
Agreed. But I have a feeling they'll hold off until E3, or until Microsoft makes their price announcement first...
Not many devs could pull this off. Good for them!
Another reason to drink on this fine Monday morning.
Yeah unless it's a company like Atlus or NIS putting out something in limited quantities (or even Nintendo with something like Xenoblade) I rarely find the need to preorder.
The Rayman one as my favorite.
If I had the money, the only thing I probably would've bought off of that list is The Kingdoms of Amalur special edition.
Hearing all the loose chatter about Colonial Marines from other reviewers on Twitter has me worried...
Triple-A quality for free-to-play games is nice and all, but the real challenge is not forcing the business model/microtransactions down gamers' throats. There are very few F2P games that balance this well -- League of Legends is one that comes to mind -- and it's almost impossible to jump into a F2P game and just think about the *game* and not what it's trying to charge you for.
Also, I wonder what this means for future Crysis/Homefront games...
I'm frankly amazed that anyone's able to even find those damn Peng stuff in these games.
Sadly, yes. I love the Sly Cooper games, but they've never been really successful at marketing it.
Yeah I'm happy for the ex-Vigil people that got new jobs out of this, but it kind of sucks that they won't be working on Darksiders 3
G'luck to them, but there's so many F2P MMOs out there right now.
Now if I can just find the time to play a 40+ hour RPG...maybe in the summer?
For the people who've tried the game - Any good?
I smell Raven bias...
I was listening to the DmC soundtrack on Spotify a few days ago, and it didn't sound particularly memorable. Might be different once I hear them in context.
Yay, something to play on the Vita in 2013!
Wow, I didn't think Tomb Raider would be bad, but I didn't expect it to be this good either (with all the other 8s and 9s floating around).
