Because a slim console is always the next step. If they can really have more chips at 6nm, we'll thats good. And if it's 6nm they can make it smaller.
Doesn't make sense right now. They don't have enough chips to reach the demand. Why make another model, even if it's cheaper, if they won't be able to sell more? The slim model is always a good idea and when it's launched sales increase greatly, but for that you need to be able to produce more then 1 million consoles monthly... Sony can't even make 200k weekly... And this problem could last until 2024...
Its hard because the lack of new consoles to buy. Studios want to make more money. Gamers still have problems getting them and if the news are right.... Until 2024 it Will be hard to get a ps5... Just hope that the situation doesn't get bad on Taiwan because of China. If it does....
This title should be changed... It's just wrong!
Yeah they have. In the end of 2022 maybe 8 in total against another forza. Your math isn't that good because the console was launched on 2020. That's 3 years later... Sony got games since January...
Because you dont need a Microsoft console to play any of them. If you can play all those games and even more on another platform why buy a Microsoft console? Now I understand even more why Microsoft payed to get more chips.... If Sony was able to supply demand, well the numbers would be huge.... I think Sony executives are now smashing their heads againts the wall... The opportunity they lost in 2022 isn't just 2 or 3 millions less consoles sold...
This Gen started on 2020 and you are talking about 2023 and 2024. The main problem of last gen for Microsoft was lack of games and this Gen its even worse. This after buying publishers and not having any games on the end of last gen.
You understand that many gamers don't buy games on launch date. Just last month miles morales was again on the charts and that Sony already got 5 or 6 games this year... There no spin possible. It's just Microsoft being Microsoft.
I think this isn't even a surprise. Zero gameplay of the games... Another great year from Microsoft. They were really prepared for next Gen.... No doubt they will now buy another publisher that got games for 2022 or pay hundreds of millions to get day one games from another studio. It's the only path they got... Great work from Phil. He was able to have less games this Gen then last gen... He really turn things around. I have no doubt that anybody would do a better job, because worst...
The future is buying the games you want. You can spin it anyway. Great games a buy them and not rent them... There aren't that many each year...
It will become even worse the next amazing thing will be games cut down on episodes...
Maybe for young gamers, because the older generation knows the track record of Microsoft.
Gameplay trailers and launch dates. No kind of marketing tricks with assets trailers and cgi trailers.
Yeah. It's the only way. This Gen numbers will be much lower then last gen. Im very lucky to have the console from day one.
Not the same. Marketshare isn't the same, hype isn't the same and demand it's not even close. Sony is losing billions because of the lack of consoles on the last 6 months while Microsoft you can go to a shop and by a console for months. And this could go on until 2024... If the news about that are true.
I also don't get it. Something that doest go with is agenda... The reality is that Microsoft never did take drm. It's always there "for the gamers"...
We aren't talking about one game, we are talking about almost all games need to be online to work on Microsoft consoles. For what I read here a month ago I believe many will stop buying consoles and games from Microsoft, because this kind of stuff isn't acceptable. How can they do this. Without online connection Microsoft consoles turn it to paperweight.
They are doing more then we could expect without showing nothing from the game.
What is this? How hard can it be to put a real Pic from the game?
What will happend in the future we don't know. The reality is that Microsoft wasn't ready to launch the series console on 2020 and almost two years later it's dead on the water, but in 2023.... Wait for 2023... No excuse. Some still don't understand that by this time Microsoft got 3 times or more games launched on the Xbox one.... Even got a 3rd party exclusive like titanfall that sold millions... So, they can't even compare to the Xbox one era... Because it's worse......
