Nope. The lack of chips will make this consoles last longer, beside the fact that tech wise the jump isn't needed. The only area where they lack is RT. And that isn't a priority. Last gen the very very weak cpu were a big problem. That is over.
They need some fresh ideas. That franchise stop evolving a long time ago.
