consoles obviously can't handle both 1080p at 60fps native for everything. I would rather have multiplayer being 60fps and the resolution being 900p if it means higher FPS. Consoles are still a long ways off from ever being able to reach 1080p at 60fps. While PCs are already reaching 1440p and some 4K resolution at higher frames, etc.
So long framerate is prioritized for most games i don't have a problem. But consoles still need too improve in order to provide 1080p ...

- 8gb Ram
should i be able to run this? Possibly would have to lower some settings a bit but that's fine. so long i can run it at decent/good settings.
just making sure. looking to upgrade eventually to the 980 but will hold off on that a bit if Fallout 4 can run with current hardware.

if its going to be "ads" it should be about games for the ps4 and that's it. Kind of like how steam does. Whenever you quit your game or start up steam sometimes they'll show you a few games that you might be interested.
It shouldn't be like Here is a Hershey bar ad. I remember seeing something like this but usually it was in the PS Store. and had its own section. At least they didn't clog up the store. But still a pointless ad nonetheless.

Mass Effect 3 ending surely shows how Bioware isn't as good now. Mass Effect 2 was the best in the series. Followed by Mass Effect 1 and ME3 last.
that's disappointing. Sony needs to invest in online infrastructure. Especially since there pushing "social" aspect of gaming yet won't invest into dedicated servers.
