As of right now, it is. It's scheduled for Q4 2014. Whether or not it will make it is another matter entirely.

As for Gears, I didn't put that on the list. I think my editor added it without telling me. My pick for that slot was Roundabout.
Yeah, no idea why that's there. That game just started development.
