I was wondering the same thing...maybe it is because it is from pspfanboy. The fanboy string of sites have been known to lie but only to the favor of the system they love. And well this is bad news for there system so i don't see it being a lie.
Also internet forums and message boards do not normally qualify as a reliable source. However linking to *screenshots and videos* posted on forums is ok. You can also link to forum posts if the post is made by a *developer or other industry professionals*.
This is from the N4G rules....how does stuff like this keep getting approved?! It clearly meets none of the requirements.

I am going to use an example for what I think needs to be fixed. I found some new Smash Bros Brawl screens. I went to submit news and used the "Check For Duplicates" search and NOTHING with the name of Smash Bros came up so I posted it and then under "Related Stories" I found the SAME post! So I say get rid of the "Check For Duplicates" search and just use the "Related Stories" search and I think that will help with duplicate stories getting posted. ...

I just found a major flaw is this http://www.metacritic.com site. They are missing ALOT of PS3 download only games. Yet they have MOST of 360 acrade games. AND Motorstorm is used twice! JPN Import and US one is on there(not very fair since both got over 80%). So you tell me does this report have TURE credit? I think not.
This is comparing apples to oranges. MOST PS3 games are ports of good 360 games. It is to soon for a report like this to have credit.
