The controls are sh!t. silent hill 1,2,3,4 have better controls and you can move and shoot AND it's a real horror game.
In re 5 When I got to the chainsaw guy I had turn all the way around when he got to me, run away then turn back around(good controls?)take a few shots at his head untill he is by me again and then turn all the way around AGAIN!! And you do that over and over till he dies....

It died after re3. Resident evil 4 was boring and stupid and not scary at all. They took all the things that made re great out of re4(hard ass puzzles that made you think,the horror)

If you ask me I think silent hill 1-4 is better then re4&5. Silent hill was scary and you can walk and shoot?! that right there means people in the silent hill game...
