Nobody thinks that but digital foundry as called the upscaling technique in the pro innovative and it gets about as close to native 4k as you can get. Hell they've said that if you showed a game running in 4k on pro and a native 4k image you would barely tell the difference. Oh and it can do native 4k because the last of us and elder scrolls online both are running in native 4k

You might not be alone in thinking uc series is overrated. I mean that's how we get the minority opinion but when the majority hail it has a gaming series classic with a one of the best games ever made in uc 2 which 4 will join once enough time passes there's really no reason to say it's overrated when the evidence proves otherwise
