I'm at 15 hrs with 16.88 percent level 17. THe game world is so huge I've barely uncovered a quarter of it so far and the more I explore it the better it gets. I've only completed 7 story missions and I know how many there are so I'm barely into that and I've only completed 2 side quest with 3 more in progress with only 1 errand complete and I also know how many there are for each of those so I've barely scratched the surface of what this game offers. Yeah I feel what you're saying In regards to horizon. I'm loving the game and couldn't believe how good it was the first few hours but now that I'm approaching like 15 hours played the game especially the world just keeps on getting better and better. My first omg moment when I knew this game was something special was when I first discovered devils thirst and my first tallneck I was just in awe
A game doesn't necessarily have to be rated higher to be better. Case in point the year the last of us released it scored a 95 on meta and gta 5 scored a 98 but tlou won the most goty awards that year by a landslide so like i said a game doesn't have to score better to be considered better
I'm sorry it's way too early to call it that especially since there's been a couple amazing games so far this year like nioh,horizon and neir automata with other amazing looking games like Mass effect andromeda, rdr 2 etc still to come
Come on why are you comparing these two games they are not even remotely the same besides for click bait reasons. Get both if you can they are both worth playing and are amazing but if you can't get both because of money or time than get the one the interest you the most first and the other when you have the funds or time it's that simple

I said it was a really good game but it once again is nowhere near worth a 98 meta score just like gta 5 wasn't and just like gta 4 wasn't worth its 97. If you're wondering why I brought those up its because it's another series that gets a pass
I know what game you're talking about and it's really good but it damn sure isn't no 98 metascore. When you have thirty plus years of history,come from a company that pretty much invented gaming for the masses and the nostalgia that comes with all that you're going to get a pass and have things that other games had or which aren't groundbreaking yet get treated as such hence how you get a 98 metascore

Dude the story is far from trash and only behind tlou story wise imo
It truly is it's world just feels so real and lived in. It blows my mind that a developer known only for linear fps was able to make one of the best open world games this gen with their first crack at the genre. The lore is so deep and the story so far has been one of my favorites in a long time I highly recommend it
The music is so good in this game def one of my fav soundtracks in awhile
