Funny that a lot of consoles that start strong and have huge momentum to begin with sell a ton of consoles after 1 or 2 years. Unless we have different concepts on what "dies out" mean. Slows down would probably be more appropriate.
The story was indeed a bit of a mess. They shot themselves with announcing the release date and not knowing they could not have everything tight by that time. I hope they don't make the same mistake with Uncharted 4. The only agree from me btw, people don't seem to like the fact that that actually happened.

Gameplay: 8/10 – Stripped down without feeling automated or bare. Customisation and combat are simple but still substantive.
Graphics: 9/10 – Eccentric, striking, imaginative – Lightning Returns is good-looking game.
Sound: 6/10 – The voice acting isn't altogether convincing and the cities feature almost no ambient noise which makes them feel dead. The music, though, particularly in battles, is superb.

If you turn off listen mode it will be what you call realistic. If you turn it off he will not have Batman like capabilities. If you turn it off it will represent what the devs were talking about.
If you feel like Joel shouldn't be able to see through walls, turn off listen mode and then he can't. It's no different than not having the feature. You won't have it while playing and that's all that should matter.
Imagine if the ps4 was BC and you got rid of your ps1, 2, and 3 to save space. Yay I can play all my games on ps4. Ps4 breaks, I can play no gamez.

My rule of thumb is to eventually get six pokemon by the elite four. I usually get two pokemon to level 20 before the first gym. I get more pokemon along the way and grind 5 levels after I reach a gym. So lvl 25 before gym 2 and lvl 30 before gym 3. I sometimes do more levels before the gyms. So by the elite four my team is decently diversified and at lvl 65-70.
It takes me about 55 hours to do this. It is awesome to just smack the elite four for the first time without using ...
