Dude evil within is the best survival horror out there right now. Defiantly better then last of us. After playing this I cringe to call last of us a survival horror. It wasn't scary, wasn't as open, the only thing last of us did better was story. This game I've been having a blast with! How is it a piece of crap? not reallly it came out a year later. What did you not know games drop in price and value after time? You know buying a game at lunch is the most pricey but its worth it for a lot of people
And a lot of people won't spend a dime on them like me cause they don't offer enough content. I buy the horror linear games but that's pretty much the only genre that can do it now. I'll probably buy the order and uncharted as there big releases but in no way will I enjoy them as much as the witcher 3
Good thing is you don't need a story to make a game. Open world is about making your own stories rather than a guided story. I prefer making my own adventures
Yea same with me and im on chapter 6 also. My only problem is the AI, there just too slow. I kinda act like a coward in horror games but if I didn't want to stealth or kill everything I saw I could probably run past most enemies. Even the teleporting weird arm creature is still too slow. Speed it up, it'll be a bit harder but better in my opinion. I just have a hard time fearing a zombie that's taking a minute to walk to me. Otherwise I do think this game is a 8.5-9
