I seriously question the accuracy of the numbers of defective product that can be reported. I think it is unfair to say 16% of consoles were or are defective, with an install base as large as microsoft boasts that figure is still incrediby high. That is somewhere around 2000000 defective consoles which no matter which way you spin it is very bad. I think all us sony fans saw that this trend was going to begin. I have to admit I was starting to get a little worried, there is only so much microsoft propaganda you can ignore. As we all know though this will b spun and spun by the ms fanboys to make it seem positive... I don't know how but most damage control is hilarious...
