I doubt M$ will penetrate the casual market like the PS2 did/is still doing...they just don't have that much variety in there games line up in the fore-seeable future , the PS3 has a few games for the casual players coming next year..and the Wii/DS/PS2 is the king of that market so good luck to them...

the last time I checked the PS3 has the 60/80GB..which have PS1/PS2 BC..the 40Gb was made for ppl who wanted a PS3 at a cheaper price...and the 360 BC is crap compared to that of the PS3...
what about all those original xbox owners who got shafted by M$ when they dropped the xbox like an unwanted POS...forcing there user base to upgrade to the 360...Sony is still supporting the PS2..
