It all came down to timing. I don't even care for Fallout but to release Tomb Raider on the SAME day; poor decision making here especially since the game is an Xbox exclusive for the time being.
Why does anyone care about sales ? As long as there's good games and good features.
We will judge the new matchmaking experience when the game releases.
This will be GODLIKE !
I read somewhere that there are clans. Just haven't been revealed yet; possibly for players' to find out.
5-10 games is quite a bit and waiting to buy it once the next generation hits is kind of strange. I mean why wait that long when there are deals every 4-6 months or so for that console; bundles fit here too. I actually bought my Xbox One after I watched all the e3 2015 press conferences. I was impressed with MS and what their vision is and since the day I bought the One I never looked back.
Cheaper I think isn't going to happen, at least for now, because it's not long...
I'd love it if the remaining Criterion devs, also the one's that were moved to ghost games, left and joined Three Fields Entertainment. It'd be Criterion minus the the "great" people at EA.
Makes me wish there was another one coming out... A guy can dream right.
Best Co-Op is right. My cousin and I beat it in 2 day and we still played a lot after that too.
Good to see people enjoyed it as much as we did.
After watching gameplay from the beta itself I'd think it would be cool if there was a Mic's only lobby and a partial Mic's lobby. Last thing you want is an uncommunicative team that is garbage as well.
They slapped "Battlefield" on this game just to sell more. It's not a battlefield game.
I think they're on to something here.
I can smell a Battlefield 4 comment coming.
Co-op was good. Multiplayer was not. Nothing like the first one.
Does no one remember the fail that was Resistance 2 ?
The PvP in Destiny is like an evolution of Halo. Better IMO.
I agree that there is shock value, click bait, and trolling when it comes to video game reviews nowadays. There are games that are great, but get flak for petty, and sometimes, baseless reasons. Destiny is a case in point. Sure the story is not that great but I hear no one complaining about the story about the last 27 Call of Duty games.
So people now want to pay for games they already have/ played ?
I agree, the gaming industry is broken and won't be changed overnight. People need to wake up and smell the coffee and it's articles like this that "wake people up". Thank you for shedding light on a touchy subject.
I agree with all except for the slow sign-in because it comes down to internet speed. For example, before I optimized my network, the sign-in speed was terrible. Once everything was sorted out the sign-in was extremely quick. I'm sure others' could back me up on this one (proof instead of only hearing about it from my dumbass !) If you have the option to tinker with your network settings you should do some research on ways to get faster speeds. Then you'll see a night and day diff...
