The concept is awesome, and the controls seem to fit nicely. The stills I've seen all look great (better than what we've been getting) and I'm all for that. I don't expect 10 material. But I'm always up for 8 and up games all day long. Especially if they aren't ports.

The game looks good, but I hope they did what they did with the last two games. The beginning level of the first game became the gateway to entire new world which was a cool concept I thought. Most games introduce a new world each time.

Nintendo does this with Zelda/Mario and recycles game engines by enhancing (modifying) them.
It would most likely be cheaper for Ubi to do so insted of making a new ground up engine for Wii. There wasn't anything wrong with it, so why not? Maybe they already do, who knows?
It's not my money, so I don't really care. As long as it's not a port...
I think NG4 only lets 2 or 3 Wii owners create an account in a months time.

I like how it offers a different control scheme, and there are infact solid 3rd party titles out there.

How is this Nintendo's fault or the Wii for that matter? If dev's don't take it seriously and just throw garbage onto it, that's not anyone's fault besides the crappy ass dev's.
Nintendo has spoken with Rockstar, Factor 5, Suda51, and many other 3rd parties to try and get games even before the Wii launched. They've been doing their part, it's time for the dev's do theirs.
The only games that I play standing up are Wii Sports.
These commercials that show people having a blast flailing their arms around and the like are nonsense. That is a gimmick to get the "casuals" thinking "hey look at that, that's sweet" when in reality, everyone knows theres no point in doing all that.
Zelda, Mario, Metroid, No More Heroes, SSBB, Red Steel, MOH:Heroes2 (at least by me) can all be played sitting down just like your PS360 gam...
I would love to see what Retro could do with a 720p-1080p max resolution. Pure greatness right there...
HDTV's will be cheaper by then, and so will the hardware for consoles. Wii controls will be better...everything is a win win.
Another thing....I don't understand why Nintendo is ripped on for having a few (as some people call it) IP's. Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Star Fox, MarioSports, Donkey Kong, Super Smash Bros, Pikmin, Animal Crossing, Pokemon, ect.

It makes me mad when people who don't even have/nor want one, to hear them complain about it. They're just mad because their company of choice didn't think of it first. But, they will eat it up as soon as the X-mote or Playmote are finished and introduced. TIZ DA COOLAST THANG EVR!!!!

It's the same with the auto industry. If someone released a car that drives itself and everyone said it was stupid...and it was a huge success, u'd bet damn sure the others would follow as well.
Motion isn't for everything such as the mentioned SSBB, but it does make other games fun.

I'm not into sports games myself... but I can only imagine the hardcore madden fans that play it all day/everyday morning/night and even sneak a quick few minutes in while the old lady is taking a dump before bed would've reacted to the Wii versions scoring better.

Because it isn't as powerful as the other two? Because it can't make pieces of wood/glass shatter or metal bend? Because it doesn't have the best online service? It's no where near how bad half of you make it out to be.

Face it Sega, you wasted money by dev'ing a tennis game and the majority of the people in the world have no idea who half of the characters who are in it. The game should've never been made, period. Terrible business decision....
Just partner with someone to make the HDD. It's not that hard.
It would make things sooo much easier for the user.
But, it most likely would make things much easier for those PIRATE boys/girls out there, so I'm sure there trying to perfect it I guess.
If I was a company, I would be watching my ass as well. It just sucks in the meantime for gamers that actually have to keep deleting saves/games or deal with SD cards.
