This is BS. Particles/fragments take a shed load of processing power. Xbox One doesn't have the grunt to deal proper destructible environments. That's the reality.

Cod is pure yawn now, was exciting 10 years ago, but it has seen its day now. Even if the video wasn't fvcked, it still looks boring. YAWN OFF COD
Similar thing happened to me, something was definitely left behind when we entered the world of 3D gaming. But I still found the new generation hugely exciting with the likes of WipeOut, Battle Arena Toshinden and Ridge Racer: all eye-buldgingly good!

Sony will need time to air their b/s videos of the system apparently running games in real-time. Remember all the pre-rendered videos Sony showed before the PS3 release?

I doubt very much if these are PS3 or 360 screenshots. Our consoles just can't handle that kind of detail in the draw-distance.
I'll reserve judgement until I'm looking at some genuine in-game footage.

The XMB is a very dull and tedious method of navigation and I really hope Sony bring it into the 21st century. And maybe take a leaf out of Apple's book when it comes to interface design.
The thing is, Resistance 1 was massively over rated - a very dull game in my opinion. Resistance 2 also got very boring very quickly and was over rated.
This sets the trend really. I'm sure that Resistance 3 is just as dull as its predecessors.
I'd be surprised if they didn't start work on the PS4 before PS3 hit the shelves.
