Yes the video does seem to point out many firsts for video games. Like Tessellation, Ambient occlusion, light bloom, situational animations, and "gasp" shadows. Or you could say it all looked great but it was nothing new.
In the gameplay trailer for Uncharted 4 Drake climbed punched and shot the same way he always did. Except now he uses a pick to climb stuff like Laura Croft did in her last game. There was absolutely nothing revolutionary seen in that trailer. Was it pretty? Yes. Did it look fun? Yeah. But far from revolutionary. Calm down people. In fact it was crazy underwhelming. Its a sad state of affairs when the only game to have crazy impressive visuals and actually deliver at launch is Mario kart 8.
