me, when i swith on the 360, rrod never crosses my mind. the only thing that i think about is the enjoyment i'm gonna have when i hook up with my pals on-line....and dish out some hidings to the mugs!
run along to the metal gear threads like a good boy ey! i've had 12-14 hour sessions on plenty of games, and my premium is over 2 years old! in denial pfft. it gets boring listening to the same fanboys saying the same thing over and over again. why do you even comment in a 360 thread?? oh i know, because it passes the time waiting for some decent games to come to your favourite console! and gives a chance to sling some mud also. grow up child!

then a week later had another article saying "no microsoft really are panicking" because they were gonna offer an elite+gta4 bundle.

12 would be more than enough for gears, i just hope that they put some game modes in aswell.
coz burnout is really the only driving game that is great fun to play imo! when it comes to driving games, there aint much better than smashing up your mates on-line! burnout is great for it, and flatout: ultimate carnage was pretty damn good for it also!

i doubt you even played gears, but if you did, you would know why 32 players would'nt work lol! and i personally think 16 is too much for gears. as i sad above, i think 12 would be the maximum number they could use without it spoiling the game.

it makes me wonder what people have been playing, and how long they've been a gamer when they say "that the 360 is already maxed" i just can't figure it out. when as history shows us, the longer devs have with the hardware, the more and more they will squeeze out of it! perhaps that only applies to non-xbox consoles??? who knows what goes through some peoples minds on here?!

i'm not to bothered about ut3 in all honesty. and i don't care that mark rein said it's mite look better on the 360(it should after the extra dev time). average shooter, that's too fast and has cod4 on-line to compete with. i won't be buying!

i owned and played all the gran tourismo games from gt to gt4, and in all honesty, nothing changed in any of them apart from they got better graphically. now i know it's sacrielage to speak ill of a gran tourismo game on this site, but all the other games got a bit boring, and a bit stale, pretty quickly...

that's a good deal no matter what your console persuasion! i think it's time though that microsoft dumped the core, and sold the premium for the same price! that would be an even better deal. still, i would'nt buy this, i would just wait a week and get a premium or an elite that will without a doubt come with a nice free copy of gta4! you could probably get these two games for less than £40 nowadays!

and what's to stop microsoft telling retailers to throw in a copy of gta with every console sold? which will then still be cheaper. take-two who are the publisher still get their royalties, the retailer still gets their hit, and the cons...
i first replied to aiphanes, who said that gears 2 would be hampered by a dvd9. i was'nt the one who brought it up! just merely pointing out obvious flaws in people of certain console persuaions arguments.
