Rise of the tomb raider was so overrated.
On the last boss fight i sprinted at him, spent about a minute slash him over and over with my pick axe before i realized you can only attack him by sneaking up on him...
:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:( :(:( Joel gets infected, Talks about his daughter for awhile and then convinces Ellie to kill him :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:( :(:(:(
All i can remember from the entire press conference was the amount of games shown that i'll be able to get on Ps4...
Halo 6...horizon 4...gears 5.... none of those were surprises to see, would of been nice to see some new stuff that was pushing gaming.
"world premiere 15 games" That doesn't sound a lot considering no doubt 10+ of those will be third party
the last 8 months have been pretty much wii u ports and over priced third party titles that were released a year+ ago.
Hopefully some actual New games are to come soon, Apart from Zelda Botw and Mario odyssey there hasn't been anything worthy of people buying a switch.
1 hour and 55 minutes - Talking about the power of the xbox one X
2 minutes - revealing a new car on stage that will be in the new Forza
2 minutes - listing the amount of BC games they have available
1 minute - of silence.
In all honestly i hope Microsoft smash it at E3, competition ultimately is what drives developers to make the best games.
Microtransactions, deluxe editions, gold editions, season passes, Pre-order exclusives....
Used to love playing games to unlock something new, instead we have trophies/achievements...
Part from the lack of exclusives, least you got nice BC upgrades to make it for it though right?.....
100% agree with what you said. Pc will never have any blockbuster cinema 24fps experiences.
After seeing the trophies it's reassured me to wait for reviews.
A lot of trophies with low numbers of crafting, healing & kills. This makes me think Ubisoft aren't that confident of people sticking with the game for long( aka it's gonna suck ).
Might just be reading into it but we will see.
About a month ago I was debating to get a Xbox one or not but i can't see the point no more.
Guess it's time to get into pc gaming.
Anyone recommend what pc parts I should be going for with a £1000 budget?
This review makes no sense.
Multiple times the reviewer mentions too much gun fights and not enough puzzles and the CON being "Uninspired Combat".
There's a lot of uninspired combat in the game and lack of puzzles yet it's still a 9.3....
Ubisoft lost me as a customer after the whole unity thing, admitting the game wasn't ready for release yet they were happy to cash in on it.
Tomb Raider Looks amazing no doubt, but it's a long way off from uncharted.
"there's not much to actually do in these games but climb and shoot"
"lack of strong aim-assist"
"some characters now look rather like Thunderbirds than real people"
"you'll no doubt be bored of Drake's Fortune long before you see the credits - it has aged terribly"
And the list goes on, surprised the reviewer gave it a 7 when almost everything said is negative.

Using the words "FIFA" and "SKILL" in the same sentence lol.
PES = passing the ball around and working your way closer to the goal as a team.
FIFA = Use the fastest players in game, through ball, shoot and repeat till final whistle.
I wonder if they would listen to gamers if they weren't so far behind in console sales.
Hogan should be glad to be rid of such a vile company, nothing but money grabbers.
It's like when alberto del rio was sacked for slapping a social media reporter who was being racist towards him. He was meant to be suspended for 3 weeks, but they sacked him soon as there was news about the other guy going to take it to court. Sacking one of there brightest superstars for standing up for himself against a racist reporter just to save a bit of money says it all.......
Did you even watch the video? Either your a huge IGN fanboy or you work at IGN not to see they ripped of this dudes review.
Structure, Bullet points and even using 99% of the dudes words yet your still defending IGN......
