Where it was originated from PS2 and microsoft had to pay extra for rockstar to promote xbox and another extra $$ for stup!d measly extra content for the game, where Sony doesn't have pay extra $$ b/c it is already superior than Xbuck$ 360. So, why MS publicly announce they have extra content? B/c they want you to buy it for Xbucks, coz you're a "sucker".
