Well gamers who have been through generations of gaming might think that. For they have seen a lot. But I have yet to see 3D games. There are so many older games that can be remade and I'm sure more new games will come out. The movie idustry is running out of ideas as well. And what about the music industry?
True but at the same time I would get a more energy efficient Ps3 and add to the fact a bigger harddrive(also the slim probably doesn't heat up as much either compared to the phat Ps3's). I still have yet to upgrade my harddrive. So I would basically lose out on the Ps2 backwards compatibility even though I have a spare Ps2. I'm just saying if it's working, why bother getting it replaced? But I see how some people would want to upgrade though. We all have different needs/...
Saving $$ is one of the smartest things you could do. I love price drops for anything really. Yes that includes food as well. And price cuts at strip clubs would also be a good thing. Or how about 'em 3Dtv's eh?
I don't get it? Why get the new 360 when you have the Elite already? I still have my 60gig Ps3 and no I do not want the slim Ps3 unless my 60gig breaks. Other than that I would rather spend $ on games or something else rather than upgrading when you're system is still working.
What about the trade in value of the 60gig Ps3? That's the one that I have currently.

I use some of my psn friends and ask them for some feedback about a game that they are playing. But the best judgement you can make about a game is your own. Get info from different sites/people and or rent the game or check out the demo if it is available b/c there is a lot of bs you have to undig to get to the truth at times in the gaming industry imo.

Yet early adopters of the 360 got screwed out of HDMI port and now a system with internal wifi. If you really want two extra usb ports(even though usb expansion hubs do exist) or PS2 enabled PS3 get the 60gig. It's bad to add things as well as taking features off if you already bought the product. You get screwed either way really imo.
Good decision for the wi-fi built in the new slim line 360. Comes in handy in my opinion. On of the best features for consoles this generation of gaming.
I thought better games were going to be shown at E3 from MS side for Kinect. Will wait myself to really judge it. But I don't even have a 360 so I am not justified to hate on Kinect. It's a good thing to have an open mind.
Personally I want trophies and a new way to play MGS4 online like other PS3 games instead of having to sign up on Konami's servers. Haven't played MGS4 online in a long time.
To bad the online aspect of the game wasn't such a "success" for me. It could have been better imo.
And it's not gaming is for nerds it's gaming is for ENTERTAINMENT. Why must gaming be regarded as a nerdy thing I will never know.
K2 actually offered a good amount of control setups. There was one that was even similar to COD. People need to go back to Megaman and realize that controls this generation is not as hard as it used to be. Imo every game needs to be able to let you adjust the button configuration how you want it so people don't b*tch about it. Getting K3 and keep the f*cking swearing intact, it's a mature game people and a warzone for crying out loud. K3 is going to be the sh*t. Damn I swore agai...
I just got Demons Soul and cannot wait to pop it in. Glad I supported Atlus. And I do hope Versus will in fact be awesome but time will tell.
I would add to the fact every review needs the Fun Factor side of things. But there comes a point where you gather all the information about a game yourself and make a decision of whether buying the game or not. Video footage is also a great way to see the game for what it is... partially. Demos are great to but fails to unravel the suspense/story/characters/bonu ses/even online play(at times) in a game
Move has potential, I will admit Konict does to but it's still to early to really define these electronics. Not going to jump off of the boat just yet. Going to amass more info first. But glad Socom 4 is getting support. Bring out more support for games Sony. By the way Donny Demons Souls is a kicka## game.
