sony just sold 1.5million hardware units in the na ps3 out sold the 360 worldwide .psps you can,t get globally as there selling as fast as they can make them
take into account that deals like aol ,mobile contracts ,sony centres and lcd sales with ps3,s being given away free in the eu are not included in any sales data ie chart track etc etc or your npd numbers gives sony the upper hand come mar2008 sales figures as these deals are atracting some serious numbers of consoles sold

vg chartz or npd or chart track have access to all of sony,s numbers ie the hundreds of sony centres which give away the ps3 with there lcd sales in europe and boy do they sell some lcds which is why sony have opened another lcd plant only some months ago
