Being synonymous with PlayStation and being a PlayStation character are two different things, if they were Sony owned I'd see no issues with getting them in the game. Snake, Crash, and Spyro do not belong to Sony...so they have no control on them being in the game.

I loved the the first M&S at the Olympic games, the second one was a let down to me since they ruined running. I forgot the name of the game...but there was a winter Olympics game for the 64 that me and my cousins loved playing, that game started fights lol!

It was one of the more expensive 3DS games for me lol. You're damn right...I think there's suppose to be 80 dlc songs or something, what pisses me off more is that there will be no EMS tracks(though I hate playing them with a passion...wouldn't mind watching though)! I notice they leave out the sequels like X-2 and XIII-2, what's that about?
I'm surprised it sold so well, hardly any copies were pre-ordered and there was plenty copies in stock when i picked mines up. I agree, it's a great game.

I don't see the difference between it going to w/e branch lol, but if it helps...It's the Executives branches job to decide to enforce it or not, it's not like it didn't go through the Judicial system first.
