I found one in a charity shop for 40 quid (best find ever!) I fell in love and got another. My first one got nicked and got a replacement so I still have 2.
You mean the one on ps3?
Ahh you're making me all nostalgic! Not old enough to have played these on original hardware but my first console was a bootleg console from Costco that had a bunch of intellivision and atari games. Then had a lot of fun with intellivision and atari collections on ps1 and 2.
Snafu was one of my favourite games and me and my partner still occasionally play it to this day
Just been playing a bit and loving it
Definitely midnight club 3 for me
This was my one main complaint with the game. I loved Tony Todd's performance, I just wish we got to hear more of him
Just finished playing through the game the other day and also watched the original movie around the same time.
Yeah I don't know what tf they're on about in this article. It absolutely captures the satire and social commentary of the original.
No word of a lie it's my favourite game of the year so far. It's a dream come true for a Robocop fan
Just watched my friend play through mgs3. He hadn't played it before so we had a blast. Unfortunately as a fan who first played it as a teenager oh god was this remaster annoying me. Came across quite a few graphical errors including during the final stretch of the game which was a bummer
I liked the story tbh. I mean the main plot did feel very disconnected from 1 and 2 but I really liked Max's character development tbh
Me and my friend's did notice we were struggling to play games on psn together recently for a couple of days and found lots of other people were getting the same error saying something like "this is due to an external network error". Now I'm starting to think this could be related to this hack
Now I'm hoping they remaster more of starbreeze's games. Namely the chronicles of riddick games
Haven't played this but I absolutely loved the split screen in Divinity original sin 2. I think it makes sense that something trying to give you a similar amount of freedom as a pen and paper game wouldn't force you to be within 30 metres of each other at all times
Also some old ubisoft games have come back online on ps3 & xbox 360
AC3 and Revelations
Ghost Recon Future soldier
Driver san francisco
After their Terminator game I'm actually really excited for this. Don't expect it to be ground breaking but I'm sure I'll have a great time with it. Looking forward to seeing more gameplay
I kind of liked the voice acting. It seems cheesy and campy and it seems to be nailing that original movie's tone of humor
Helldivers was actually kinda the biggest disappointment for me. I loved the original, and don't get me wrong, the new one actually looks good. It's just I loved Helldivers for It's local multiplayer which seems void from the sequel.
I will still probably play it, I just miss the days of local multiplayer gaming
Yup this has put me off the game. If I were to get it I would want the full game including the elvish voice acting. But I'm not going to fork over extra for it. So now I'm just not going to get it. Would have waited for a sale anyway but still, this is ridiculous
I didn't notice your comment before I added mine.
But good times indeed
I know that the post is about online multiplayer.
But I just want to add that personally I miss the days where a local multiplayer component was more common than not. I loved the abundance of coop campaigns and deathmatches with bots, or little mini games. I hate that despite consoles getting stronger, splitscreen is less commonplace.
4 player splitscreen used to chug along on the ps2/n64 era but it was a blast. Now there's just very little of that outside of party game...
I've seen a playthrough which was good fun, especially for Harlan Ellison's delightfully evil voice work. However it is very much full of old school, obtuse point and click solutions to problems. So could be quite frustrating to play through yourself
