I wouldn't think so. Look at last year exclusives. Didn't do much for PS3 sales.
It's a no-brainer to just get a PS3 instead of a blu-ray player. Almost the same price. But I'm still not persuaded to switch over to blu-ray. DVD is still fine.
Just gives more reason for GTA IV to not be delayed, if there's a possibility. Just push out the game on the current release date so no problems such as this one can happen.
This game really had potential only given more time to workout the bells and whistles. Then again, it was a product from Midway so I'm not really surprise at all.

god damnit! i recently built a new gaming rig with SLi nvidia 8800GTS and they're already coming out with newer stuff. who needs a quad-core and 3 gpus anyway???
Also, not to mention their other MMO Aion. But I've been playing Tabula Rasa closed beta for the past few weeks and one thing comes to my mind "This game took 6 years to make?" Also, NCsoft invested into Auto Assault and that became a major failure.
After watching Gametrailer's Halo 3 review, the game looks pretty awesome although the graphics don't impress me as much.

My bro got the Xbox 360 version and I bought the PC version. Graphically they look the same. The only reason why I prefer the PC version is keyboard and mouse.
Sometimes sequels are good but I can't really think of one at the moment. One of the sequels which almost everybody claim to suck was Deus Ex: Invisible War. I actually thought it was pretty darn good.
