I think its because Gravity rush is not a kind of Game that appeals to the Japanese. Gravity Rush has a more western feel to it. Well its not a Jrpg or a Dating Sim.
Must have vita games:
1)Gravity Rush
2)LBP VITA( has potential to be the ultimate portable platformer)
3)Uncharted Golden Abyss
and that is just 4 month after its launch. People would be retarted to think that this is not impressive.
And note that you'll still get Soul Sacrifice later
