LBP is physics based. It's necessary since people can create with the tools as well. They have already said that they tweaked Sackboys movement. You also have Oddsock which is a fast and agile character and Mini-Toggle. Not every platformer needs to control like Mario. LBP is more about grabbing Objects and puzzle solving/exploration, than Mario fast paced action platforming

we don't know if sunset overdrive will be better than LBP3. Comparing a unknown new IP to a established critically acclaimed series never bodes well.
