Buddy MS should have globaly recalled the 360 and replaced it. Truth is you can still see ROD after 3 years and that because of the known hardware flaw. As of now every 360 has it, every 360 can potentially drop a ROD on you. Such a product needs a global recall buddy and not just an extended warranty. BTW why does MS need so long to get this hardware flaw out of the 360? Almoust 2 years on the market, but a sh1t happened, that's simply ridiculous.

By the time MGS3 came out, PS2 gamers had millions of games to choose from and also many were already playing pirated games. PS2 piracy was huge by that time, something that can't be said about 360 now. MGS2 is is a better comparison, as it was same like Gears nearer the launch and piracy was almoust non existent. This title sold 7 million and that's pretty good if you ask me.

SC doesn't even come close to the MGS franchise, not in sales and not in quality(reviews). Now MGS 4 just slapped everything to date, Crysis quality xbots. This game has it all, great graphics, physics and atmosphere, stealth action , action, FPS view and hundreds of possibilites to interact with the enemies and enviroments.
This game will get slapped to the moon if it cames around the time of MGS4
Didn't know it looks ingame like that, better than anything to date. Eats Gears for lunch and is almoust on par with Crysis. Texture, lighting, sandbox, depth of gameplay, realism, physics. All this shows what the PS3 is capable of doing (outperforming the 360) if developed exclusively and properly.

You buddy, you are insane. Sony ignored the disc read errors? They settled down the lawsuits and and released later an improved version without such issues. BTW it's simply ridiculous to even compare the PS2 disc read errors with 360's ROD. The failure rates are not comparable, it's not even close. In case you didn't know, 360 is the most unreliable console in history and one of the most unreliable electronic devices in history. Mostly such products were globaly recalled or they totally flopp...
