Especially when development time is cut in half and devs can get their titles ported over and run within days without optimization and they're already running better and with just a little optimization the games could essentially run 30-40% even better with the left over gpu overhead! PS4Pro doesn't get PC ports like the scorpio will so if anything other then 4k30/60 pc assets are used then the devs are to blame for cheaping out on their title which is the norm for the industry it's not the consoles fault or MS for devs being lazy! But Scorpio is going to have real upgrades graphically unlike PS4Pro with just a resolution bump!
