Unless its a stand alone game... bringing back the flood is impossible and would totally negate the first trilogy of destroying the halo rings...
The power of the cloud is still in the MP just like always planned and announced... the cloud stuff was never going to be in the SP.

* A lot of games can be completed in a hour or so from speed runners, look at dark souls, skyrim and Zelda BOTW etc.

I think a better indicator is sales for certain games and how they skyrocket once they hit BC... Doing a random poll aint gunna help.
Honestly at this point I doubt it. The Power struggle and resolution gate was really only a thing because there was a lul in between some major releases so fanboys really only had 3rd party differences to fight about. Now that Sony had turned on the exclusive train and doesn't seem to be stopping, I don't think better resolution on 3rd party games are really going to cut it. MS needs to come out with some new surprises, some big new IP's.

It was good, but got kinda repetitive and really easy because your character got OP'd really quickly which then led to the game getting boring.

I keep getting told to play this game... I just can't get past the art style. I'm not a very big anime person and this game just looks way too anime for me.

Also a lot of developers don't do a complete re-haul of their engine for sequels... and Destiny doesn't really need a major graphics overhaul.
This proves true for Movies also... just look how fast the new Fast and Furious movie is making that money...

People keep asking this, but not actually looking for answers or reading any news. There WILL be a lot more to this game, including a quest system and customization's and such... Every couple of weeks they add a new element to the alpha to test it, last alpha was sword play, and the version before that introduced a new cave element to explore and such.
That being said I feel like they are still fairly far off from release, this will probably be a Q1 2018 game I think.
After playing a couple of the Alpha's the game IS a lot of fun. Especially when you get a good fun crew.

Anyway at Gamescom I think we will be seeing more of Crackdown 3 and games that will be out soon and need a bit more showtime than E3 allowed. like State of Decay 2, Sea of Thieves, Cuphead etc. I think we will just be seeing more of those because they will be coming out soon.... which all happen to be exclusive, fyi.
