Yea I played through MGS4 and I would have to say that the cover system is probably one of its weak points. The cover system for Gears is a lot better.

MGS4 is still a great game though just offering my opinion on this discussion.
Wow he hit it on the head for me. The exact same things I have been saying about the game since I beat it. Does not mean its still solid, although I don't remember him mentioning anything about the graphics.
yea it would have made more sense if he said, "Yea might cover system sucks and is not the best" and " You guys probably shouldn't buy it!"
Just like MGS 4 was Hideo's ART so is Gears 2 for Cliffy. He is proud of it so he is going to brag about it. If you are proud of something do you brag about it? Hell it happens on this site all the time!

how can you say any console has reached its graphical potential? If that were the case then why aren't the graphics SO much better on the PS3 aside from MGS4? Why don't multiplatform games make the 360 version look like garbage? Nothing else on the PS3 has visually surpassed the capabilities of the 360.
Since you believe you know so much about hardware, then I want to see resumes were you actually worked on the 360 development kit!

I was sold once Bethesda was on the ticket, these shots only reaffirms my decision for purchase.
I have played the single player for about 6 hours and it is quite entertaining. I was even laughing during some parts.
After I finish up the single player, the multiplayer is next on the platter. Definitely check it out if you liked previous battlefields!
